The University District Food Bank serves hundreds of families each week. Our team also delivers groceries to households that aren’t able to travel to the food bank, and provides packs of food for students to stay fed while not in school. We’re raising money to ensure we’re able to serve as many community members as possible, and are hosting a special virtual fundraiser on August 5th to help!

At 6:30 p.m. we’ll be going "live" on our website with a virtual tour of our rooftop garden, a delicious cooking demo by the London Plane, and a musical performance by Birch Pereira & the Gin Joints. You’ll get to hear from our food bank staff and board, and learn more about what we do and about our very special rooftop roots garden space!
