“Another Person’s Treasure” Feast – Dinner for 10
Featuring the craft of Chefs Seth and Zach Pacleb of Brother’s Catering Seattle, this 6-8 course dinner for up to 10 will showcase the talented minds and hands of local chefs and farmers alike by making use of gleaned product from our region's farms that would otherwise go to waste. This evening of delicious local fare can be kicked off by gleaning alongside the chefs themselves for the more adventurous, or with a drink. Farms to be gleaned from are to-be-determined pending seasons, however local contributors could include City Grown and One Leaf Farm. This dinner experience is best redeemed in the late spring through early autumn months to maximize the diversity of product the Puget Sound region provides.
